Unable to view powerpoint clipart when not an admin on computer

We have several classroom computers that our faculty use for powerpoint
presentations. For some reason some of the clip art does not display. When
I give them admin rights on the computer it works fine. Is there a way for
this to work without giving them administrative rights on the computer?

The clip art that they cannot see. Are they linked to the presentation or
inserted? If the clip art is inserted it should display on all computers.
