Unable to view projects after attaching database in new server

I attached a project database from a testing server to a deployment server
using SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Manager. Other than server name changes,
there have been administrator account changes. When I try to log in as the
administrator in the deployment server to view the projects, I cannot view
the projects. What are the settings I have to make to the new deployment
server in order to view my previous projects from the testing server? Please
advise. Thanks in advance
