New Project and Assignment Not Showing on the Assigned Resources

I'm testing currently testing on the development environment of an EPM. I
have 3 different users with 3 different roles. The first one is an
administrator, the second one is a project manager and the third one is a
team member. I have tried creating a sample project using the MS Project 2003
and published it in Project Server using the administrator. Then I have tried
assigning a project manager for that specific project and assigned tasks as
well. When I tried logging on as the project manager, I wasn't able to view
what projects are assigned to that project manager. I've tried logging in as
the team member and there are no new tasks available for that team member.
What other things should I check about it?

Best to re-ask on the Project server newsgroup where is where the gurus
hangout.
