Unbound Form Doesn't Show Attachment field

Hi,
I have a form for editing data in my 2007 edition database with 2 Attachment
fields which was working properly, recently I decide to change the form to
Unbound form.
the unbound form works good but the attachment fields dont show the file
attached.
I appreciate if you can give any help
