unchangeable letterhead

i have created letterhead and fax cover sheets in word, but even when I put the form lock on the things i have at the bottom ofthe page move with the typing. so how do i get the letterhead or fax stuff to be locked and really not move at all. i want the computer to not change a thing, just for it to be letterhead. please help, i am getting so frustrated

You need to put this text in the header and footer. See
