Uncontrollable scrolling when trying to link objects

When I try and link objects by dragging and dropping the
screen just scrolls uncontrollably.
Does anyone know why?

Hi Dean,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

It has always done that Better to click on the first task, scroll down
to the second task and Crtl+click, then click the link tool. Much more
controllable that way. Alternatively, use the Task Form as explained in my
series on Microsoft Project in the TechTrax ezine, particularly #3 on Logic
