Unexpected Error 336 - Microsoft Visual Basic

after installing of Hotfix MS05-055 KB908523 for NT4. The error "Unexpected
Error 336 - Microsoft Visual Basic" and "Komonente nicht richtig registriert"
occurs when other applications trying to start Word2k or Excel2k.
Uninstall of the Hotfix doesnt work.
