"Unexpected Error Occured" Message while forwarding mails from ou

I am getting a "Unexpected Error Occured" Error message while I am forwaring
the mails from my outlook account.
I am using a windows XP machine and I have Windows Office Professional
edition 2003 pack in my system.
What is the reason behind such behaviour of the application?
