Unicode 8 in Word 2004.

We have a client that requires us to save text versions of their emails in Unicode 8. It seems that Word 2004 for Mac only has the option for Unicode 16. It's fine for the designers to use text edit and save it that way. We have other employees that only have Word 2004 (or only know how to use word and its easier for them to use it) and we would like to give them the option to do it themselves. I've looked everywhere to see if there is an Unicode 8 option in the menu. No luck. Any suggestions?

Go to Word>Preferences>General>Web Options and change "Save this document
as" to "Unicode" or "Big Endian".

UTF8 is the default, I believe, but you can change it in the references on a
document-by-document basis.

Cheers
