Unicode troubles!!!!!!!!

Is there anyone that can explain me the way Project professional connect to
the Project server. as in my opinion, they maitain an ANSI 8bit line to push
data into the SQL database.
So: How can I use UNICODE (2byte) character to write project plan in Project
Professional and post it into the Project Server without affecting Unicode
character via that 8bit line.
ex: In my Project Pro: K? ho?ch (in VietNamese it mean plan) but when they
are posted to server, they become "K? ho?ch" because there are 2 character
exceed the normal Unicode table.
Thanks and waiting for replies

Can you give us a little more information here? Are you using a Vietnamese
version of Project Pro and Server or another language? What fields are you
putting these characters into that they are being converted? And finally,
are you using Project Pro regularly or are you trying to do some automated
creation of projects? Just asking since you mention writing a project plan
and posting it into Project Server.
