uninstalled office 2002 as got damaged. tried to reinstall. messages stating
that word was not responding. it was suggested that I use INstaller Cleanup
Utility. I downloaded it and started it. It got interrupted. Tried again
and message said another install was in progress and I need to finish that
one first! So, where do I find that?? Tried to download the utility again
from the Microsoft site and got error 1500. PLEASE HELP! I need to
reinstall Office so I can continue working. I have some computer knowledge,
but this is beyond me. running XP pro sp1 . . Please put any replies in
"dummy" language. Thank you.
