Uninstall Office 2003 without original disk

I am trying to uninstall Office 2003, but it always asks for this file
'512142.outlfltr.msp" but i dont have this on my system. It also will not
update from the web too. It used to be fine. I have had a look at another pc
that runs office 2003 and this doesn't have this file, but updtaes fine. Any
ideas anyone. I need to remove 2003 so i can use Beta release 12 of Office.

Another excellent reason for knowing where your disks are. Time to find
them.

Probably for the same reason you asked a stupid question considering the
subject line.
