uninstall on 1 computer to put on another

Office xp an only be used on 1 computer

Since I can only use this xp standard on one computer.. can I remove and
install on another one of my computers? Also, will I have to re-register? If
so is the already registered going to come up??

As long as it is not an OEM version, you can.
