Unique table

Working with a 2000 access project w/ a sql server 7
backend. Im trying to make changes to a form which has a
view for a record source. When I add a table to the view
(it currently only has one table) save the changes and
then go to run the project it gives me a error stating
that the form is read only because the unique table
property is not set. Is this error from the form or the
relation of the two tables in the sql server view? Any
thoughts or help on this issue would be greatly
appreciated.

Hi,

In MS SQL 7 a view can only update ONE of the table implied in the view.
You have to specify which table is the one you intend to update, eventually.

Hoping it may help,
