Everytime I try to open anything in Outlook 2000 (SR-1,
9.0.0.3821), an email, an address book item, etc. I
receive the message "Outlook has caused an error in
<unknown>. Outlook will now close." And Outlook shuts down.
Previously, I had occasionally received "Outlook has
caused an error in 386.dll kernel". But restarting had
made this go away.
I've tried the Outlook repair option under Help. I've
reinstalled Outlook from the CD. I tried cleaning the
register using Registry First Aid. Nothing prevents this
error.
Help!?
