Unnamed attachment

I'm currently using Outlook 2000 SP-3.

The problem that I have was when I send an email using HTML format, th
receiver will receive the email together with an 'unnamed' attachment
The receiver may mistakenly treat this email as infected by virus an
they will not open it.

How can I prevent this?

It is OK when I changed the message format to plain text. But plai
text format does not allow me to do format of my email.

Appreciate if anyone could help.

Thank you

Do you have a "background" in your outlook setup(only
useable with HTML config)? If so, that is what the
attachment prolly is... only recipients who are also
using Outlook will get the mail as sent, all recipients
using another email program or webmail will recieve that
background as an attached picture and since it was not an
intended attachment, it is auto titled "unnamed
attachment"...
