Unprotecting a document

How do you completely unprotect a document when after
providing the passwords to open it, and then
clicking "unprotect" in the tools window, the document
continues to require passwords to again open it? This is a
long document. The problem causes a totally blank document
when then trying to open it to another printer "print to
file. Everything works fine with other unprotected files.

Hi Richard,

You need to give the document a new 'empty' password.
