unsuccesful installation of an office update without reason.

Because Outlook continuously crashes, an update is advised by Microsoft.
After downloading the office update, it starts installing (the english
version), stops and generates a 'unsuccessful installation' without any
reason.

Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5703) English version
Windows XP sp2
latest automatic update from the Microsoft website; Office 2003 Service Pack
1 (SP1) English version
