Unwanted Message

Thanks for reading my question,

I am creating a report in Access and then sending it as
an attachment in a e-mail. When I do this, Outlook gives
me the message...

A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your
behalf.
Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should
choose "No".

How do I turn this off? I have gone to the MS Knowledge
base but really haven't found an answer.

I am using Outlook 2000, SP-3 (9.0.0.6627)
