Update apparently causes Outlook to lock up

I too did the Office security patches on 11/21/03 and
Outlook now locks up and the goes to "not responding".

I don't recall that there was an Outlook patch in the
group; however, there was one for Word and as Outlook uses
Word to format messages, I suspect that the patch for Word
caused issues with Outlook XP.
