Update Hyperlinks with VBA

I have a document with about 100 hyperlinks. Unfortunately, they all
point to the old LAN structure we had. What I would like to do is
highlight the text used for the link, copy that and create new
hyperlinks similar to the following:
"\\server\folder\subfolder\"+[text]+".doc" where \\server\folder
\subfolder\" would be the LAN location, [text] is the current text
currently points to the wrong location and is used as the documents
title and ".doc" is the extension (duh!).

Thanks.
