The only way to do this is to use Project Server 2003 and to enable both
Managed Time Periods and Timesheet Approval within the system. Hope this
helps.

By default, only members of the Resource Managers group have default
timesheet approval permissions through their connection with the My Direct
Reports category. If you wish for people to approve timesheets in your
environment, ask your Project Server administrator to add them to the
Resource Managers group. If you are using the RBS field in your Project
Server environment, people in the Resource Managers group will be able to
approve timesheets for those resources who one level below them in their
branch of the RBS field. If you are not using the RBS field in your
environment, let me know. Hope this helps.

From your previous questions, I have inferred that you have not enabled
timesheet approval. Now you are telling me you are using it. The language
barriers are making this conversation very difficult. So, have you enabled
timesheet approval or not?

A

Ana

yes

I could not possibly tell you why the update would disappear from the
Updates page. If you have all of the permissions enabled correctly, the
system of timesheet approval should work as intended. Without seeing your
installation, I cannot troubleshoot the problem from a distance. Sorry.
