Updates to Office 2003

[Newbie]

I just installed it on my new computer. What other updates are necessary for
me to download? The only secuirty update was dated 9/04 and I remember
reading something in the paper this week that MS put out an update to correct
something that was wrong in that download which makes me hesitant to download
it.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated since I am currently not real savvy
about all of these details.

Did you go to Office updates:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx
Likely that you'll be offered SP1 first. Download and install, then you will
be able to apply any further updates such as Service Packs for One Note,
InfoPath, etc...
Also, there will likely be further updates for Outlook's junk email filter.
