Updates without CD's ?

How can I update my Office 2000 SR-1 if I don't have the CD's? I bought my laptop used on eBay 1-1/2 years ago, and it did not come with the CD's. (FYI: The serial numberfor my Word 2000 includes the letters "OEM".) Thanks.

Buying used on E-Bay means you got screwed.

Not true...

If the seller transferred ownership via the laptops manufacturer you should
simply contact them for media. You will probably have to pay some s/h fee.

I doubt if after 1.5 years that the seller is gonna give the CD's!

Love to know if he/she does!

If the seller transferred ownership with the Manufacturer, then you need to
contact the Manufacturer and they would be the ones sending the media.
