Upgrade Disc Avaialble But Not Prior Edition

Sometime before '98, I bought and installed PS Project on
an old machine... that I no longer have. Last week - after
two months of "careful" preparation, I reformated my disc,
loaded WIN98SE again, and started loaing only programs I
seem to be using today. Unfortunately, when I got to MS
Project 98, the CD couldn't find the components it was
looking for ... I suppose from that earlier edition I no
longer have. Both are a matterof record with MS but I
don't know who to call or email to explain and ask for
help. I'm hopeful they can simply look me up to verify my
purchases and tell me what to do.

Can someone give me some direction please?
