upgrade from outlook 2000 to 2002

Got a new pocket computer that works with outlook 2002.
Trying to switch from 2000 to 2002. Cannot get uninstall
2000 to allow 2002 to work. Have a Dell desk top and
Compax personnel PC. Thank you
