Upgrade Makes all Files Unavailable?? Please Help!

Hi there

I just upgraded my PC to Office 2003 from Office 2002 and everytime I try to
open a file it tells me that the file is "unavailable" and that my Virus
Software may have a problem with the file, or may need updating. Tried
updating and then removing virus software totally but with no joy?

Any ideas to (e-mail address removed) would be GREATLY appreciated as I'm
totally stumped

Disable the Office Plugin that comes with Symantec/Norton
