Upgrade outlook 2002 to 2003 advice needed please..?

I am about to upgrade Outlook XP to Outlook 2003. I have a very large
outlook profile already on my PC. I am not sure what to do. If I upgrade to
2003 will it keep my account settings etc and upgrade round them or do I
need to back them all up and import thrum into 2003.

Can some one advise me on what to do and how..?
