Upgrade problem with 2002 (for 2000 web document)

I just upgraded my Publisher 2000 to 2002. I have my
company web site in Publisher 2000 but when I went to open
it, it opened in 2002 but the background was all messed up
and the pages, when I would go to different ones, the
content would appear but it "overlayed" the same page.
I'm a little worried and have tried the web site to see if
I could find a solution to know avail. My web page is
over 120 pages so I need to find an answer.

If anyone knows how to fix this could they please email me
ASAP - would really appreciate it!

Have you applied the Service PackS for Publisher 2002.
