Upgrade to 2003 lost XP macros

I've just upgraded to Office 2003 (late I know). I did the "upgrade" install,
ie. didn't uninstall Office XP first.

The macros and toolbars I had set up in Word XP have gone, but the
autocorrect entries are still there. Is it possible to import or recover all
those macros for Word?

It's alright, don't panic, I found that 2003 didn't bother to use my old
normal.dot, it made a new one (duh). So I just reinstated my backed up (yay
me) old one and the macros are back and the toolbars. It seems rather silly
of the 2003 upgrade to overwrite the old normal.dot.
