Upgrade to XP - Outlook 2000 not working

I had 98 and upgraded to XP and now I can use
Outlook...when I tried putting the CD its gives me the
following error ERROR APPLYING TRANSFORMS. VERIFY THAT THE
SPECIFIED TRANSFORM PATHS ARE VALID. How do I check that??
