upgraded from 2000 to 2003 migrating take too long

Microsoft Outlook 2003 rebel

Okay.... I upgraded and now it seems like it's stuck on
the Migrating Account Settings... BTW this setup is a
client and NT4.0 Exchange 5.5 and it's taking forever. I
already downloaded all the service packs / updates. Now
when I open outlook it has a windows popped up saying it's
Migrating Account Settings.. any ideas?
