UPGRADING FROM OFFICE BASIC 2003TO SMALL BUSINESS

Just purchased a new IBM laptop and Office 2003 basic
preloaded. I am very interested in upgrading to the
small business addition. What is the cost involved. Can
the small business part be added as a module? Do I have
to pay the $250.00 to upgrade ... just for the small
busniess part?
