Upgrading from Office Small Business Edition to Office Professiona

I could only afford to get Office SBE when I bought my Dell in 1999, but I
want to get Access. If I upgrade from Office SBE to Office Pro, will Access
work or will I have to buy the full version of Office Pro or Access
separately? I've gotten both "Yes" and "No" answers from many people.

Hi Aych,

If you're moving from Office 2000 Small Business Edition
to MS Office XP or MS Office 2003 Professional Editions
then any Office 2000 edition is an upgrade qualifier for
any Office XP or 2003 edition.

You can't, though, use an Office 2000 Professional upgrade
edition in your scenario as MS considers moving to Office editions
in the same series (in this case the 2000 series) to be
a 'crossgrade' rather than an upgrade.
