upgrading to access 2003 from access 2000 with ms office pro 2003

I am trying to upgrade office 2000 to office 2003, in particular just access
2000 to 2003. I am packing a script or bat file to do this. The file will
work fine when adding access 2003 with ms offfice 2003 however with a
computer running access/office 2003 it will only install access 2003 and not
remove previous versions. I am trying to do this from the command line which
makes it even tougher i am using the addlocal switch. ANY 1 got any ideas?
