Upgrading to Microsoft Outlook 2002

I am trying to upgrade Outlook Express 6 to Microsoft
Outlook 2002. After the upgrade I am unable to send or
receive e-mail. I do not get an error message of any
kind. It looks as though the e-mail is going but is goes
no where. HELP... Outlook Express is still loaded on the
desktop and is still working. I do not want to remove it
until I know Outlook 2002 will work. I am stumped.

Did you go to 'Tools|E-Mail Accounts' in Outlook 2002 and add your account
information? Outlook 2002 is not an Upgrade to Outlook Express, hence it
likely didn't import your account settings. FWIW, you don't want to remove
Outlook Express anyway as Outlook 2002 uses bits and pieces of it and will
fail to function correctly if you remove it.

Yes, I did that several time. Everything looks as

though it is set up exactly the way it needs to be. It
seeams as though there is just something little I am
missing to click it on. I am try to just install without
upgrading and then import the notes from Express and see
if that works. Unless you have any other ideas

After getting OL2002 to work, you must leave OE on your machine, since OL
needs OE to work.
