I'm trying to upgrade to Office XP Professional from XP
Small Business. I continually receive a product
compliance check and no matter what I do, I then
receive "setup failed to locate a valid qualifying
product" error message. Microsoft knowledge base
solutions are not helping. I have tried everything.
