Upload Form

I have upgraded my web server to 2002 extensions.

I am using front page 2003 as my editor. I am trying to
setup an upload files page, but when I go
the "Insert", "Forms", "Upload Form" the option is greyed
out.

Does anyone know why I cannot select the Upload form
option?

HELP!!!

Tools | Page Options | Authoring | Make sure all are check and set to custom
