Urgent! Can't connect Sharepoint Team to Project 2002 server

Please help!
I installed Project 2002 Server & Sharepoint Team on the
same server. I'm able to login through the Web Access, but
when I try to add the sharepoint server into the Web
Access page, it wouldn't work. I checked the port, I
checked the user accounts. Can anybody help me out?

Relax, can you please give more information?waht error
messages do you get? and dont worry, we all have had the
same problem . nothing to wory about.

I could install sharepoint + project server successful.
But when I try to add the sharepoint server through the
Web Access, it would say, it can't connect to the
sharepoint.
The reasons could be:
1.) Sharepoint Sevices is not installed on the particular
address.
2.) The Sharepoint Admin is not in the NT administrators
group
3.) proxyserver is not specified in the LAN settings
4.)the server URL is not correct
5.) The Sharepoint admin port is not correct

I checked everything and it's correct. But I will still
get that error. Any ideas?

You need to run PSCOM+ utility and also Proxycfg. You can
find them in the Readme files on the Project server CD.

Did you install SP3 on your 2000 server before instaling
STS. According to a book i have if you install sp3 on your
win2k server , STS may not work. Also your Project server
needs to be a Trusted site. You need to change it in IE
properties/ trusted sites. Eventhough you ran the
Proxycfg, and PScom+ , you may have to run them again. It
is possible that they werenot run succesfully.

Its the same group here but it gives you better result
when you search for something. I know a lot of people had
the same problem (including me) and if you search for it
you may find something that may help you.
