Urgent: Check in Issue (2007)

Hello All

I am using Project 2007 vesion.

Yesterday I was working on a project stored on project server. I will be
able to make the changes and publish the projects without any problem.
Today when I try to open it is giving me following error

You have this project open read-write in another session.
To open this project read-write, you must close the project in the other
session or check in the project using Project Web Access.

I am certain that I do not have the project open in another session. I
also checked in "Force Check-in Enterprise Objects ", but there is nothing
to check-in.

I also reviewed
http://www.projectserverexperts.com/Shared Documents/checkinprojectsandresources.htm,
but there is nothing on 2007. Is there any way to do made the changes at
back end?, I am comfortable with sql server.

Can any one guide me on this?

regards

Ashish

Search this forum for: Unable to check-in resource in MS Project Server 2007.
There is another post that gives a solution where you do need to modify a
db. Others have found it effective.
Hope this helps...

I had this yesterday. File won't open in read/write but not checked out on
server. I went to Tools, Local cache (or something with local cache in) and
deleted the local copy of the file from the cache. Normal service then
resumed!

Seems like files in the local cache do get corrupted every so often.
