URGENT! comparing numbers in two columns...

I want to take the numbers in column A and find the exact
matching numbers in column B. I can either have excel
tell me how many numbers match, which is fine, or have
excel line them up so that the data in line 1, column A
matches the data in line 1, column b. Can any help?
