Urgent help on ActiveX removal

Hi,

I use my personal computer. Somehow my browser does not allow me t
view some of the websites giving some "security" alibi and my life ha
gone miserable. How may I get rid of this ActiveX thing? /i use onl
"clean"s ites and this damn thing is not even allowing me to pay m
bills online. A prompt helping hand will be immensely appreciated.
