Urgent help, receiving runtime errors

We have just installed and are beginning to use Project
2002 Server/Pro. When we add users and then want to go
view them, we receive runtime errors 1385 everytime we try
to open the manage users/groups page. Any suggestions.
We are desperately needing to view the users we created
and start some projects.
