Urgent help with cell from one worksheet to another work sheet

Is is possible to take a totaled cell from one worksheet and have it picked
up on another worksheet? If so, please help

Hi,
The easy way for me to do it is to put an equals sign in
the cell I want the info in, and then click over to the
other sheet and click in the cell I want, then hit enter.
(That's how this non-pro does it!) : )
