Urgent: Pixelation of other peoples documents?!

Hi all

having a slight issue with microsoft publisher, whenever i recieve
publisher files from someone else to print, the pictures inside the
document come out pixelated, even though the original document is
fine, according to the user on the other end.

any thoughts? i cant find anything on google about this whatsoever.

Publisher 2000 saves printer information with the file. Try printing in safe mode.
Your sender has setup the file using the printer driver he/she has on their computer.
Your issue is a printer problem.

ok one thing though, the printer is actually a network printer, and
everybody else on the network is able to print fine, apart from this
user (im a tech support person)

Open a new instance of Publisher, copy and paste the objects from the original to the
new publication. See if that works. Your issue is a printer problem... Have your
other user's tried printing this document?
