Use published form Template(*.xsn) in SharePoint 2007

I have designed a form using InfoPath 2007. Then I have published that
to
SharePoint 2007 as Administrator-approved form template.

On SharePoint Central Administrator I found that template on InfoPath
Form
Services in Manage form Template as *.xsn..

I made that Template Active. But now when I am creating new site or
Page I
want that template to use. But I cant do that.Bcoz only default
templates are
shown not the one I have uploaded.

So what are the steps or what to do to use the custom Template in
creating
a new site.
