user can receive all emails, except from one person in the company!

I have 2 users that cannot receieve email from certain
users in the company. In both cases, the person the user
cannot receive the mail from are not the same person. for
instance i have a user "sherry" who can receive email from
everyone but one person "betty". I have another
user, "karen" who can receive email from everyone
but "tim". I dont know if this makes sense at all to you
guys, but its really frustrating. I have had the users
send email to the people they cannot receive from, and ask
them to reply.. The message is sent as normal from the
sender, but the problem recipients just never receive
anything from them!!

By the way, I have checked to make sure there are no rules
moving the incoming emails on the clients end.. so i have
no idea what the deal could be! ARGHHH!!! please help! if
you happen to think you know the answer, please EMAIL ME!!!
