Howdy,
We have a user who has created some sub folders in Outlook
to organize his emails. He can access them fine via MAPI but when
he tries to open the folders in OWA he gets a HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server
Error
I have tried accessing his mailbox via OWA from several computers with the
same result.
One thing to mention is that he's using a Treo and Sprint PCS to
synchronize. However, no other users are having this problem and they can
access their sub folders just fine.
We are running MS Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 w/ no service packs.
