User Login Error

Hello,

I have a user trying to login to our database. He gets
an error "Could not lock file". I tried his login at two
other computers and it worked fine.
I than deleted his icon connection and reconnected his
user name on his computer and it still gives the same
error. Does anyone know what this means and how to fix
the problem?

Hi, Lori.

This user and all users of a multiuser Access database must have "Full
Control" Windows security permissions on the directory where the Access
database resides in order to prevent themselves and others from being locked
out of the database.
