We have a new staff member just started this week, we went through our normal
process of creating the user and getting him using Project Web Access (2003)
The problem we have is that his PWA account gets switched to "Inactive"
every two days.
My understanding is that the PWA CAL's work on either a device or a user
base, is this concurrent devices/users or defined devices/users?
We have licenses for 12 devices/users to access PWA (10 CALS + 2 Project Pro
Licenses) yet over the course of a week we have 13 users login at different
times, there is never more than 8 users logged in simultaneously.
Could our user inactive problem be because we have exceeded our liscenses?
or is this something else?
As you can understand it is getting annoying to have to go in to PWA and
activate his user every other morning.
I have not been able to find anywhere that clearly defines this...
Cheers
